WINNING!!!

This is not a post about Charlie Sheen, just warning ya!

God always wins! Father has always won, Satan may have won a battle here and there, but the ULTIMATE victor is God. As long as one person has gone to heaven, then God is the ultimate victor. Jesus would have still come even if it were only for one person! That is how much God loves us! He would trade in a perfect being, for a trader. That is what we are, God made us in His image. He made us for Him, not for anyone else, HIM! And everyday, sometimes without knowing it, we go against Him. We are traders. BUT HE STILL LOVES US!

Isnt that amazing!?! That he would give up His perfect Son for a bunch of sinners. Idk, if anyone out there has any pet peeves. But my big one is smacking. If someone smacks gum, food, or even slurps, it sends chills up my arm and I gross out. The worst part is when you are surrounded by the sounds of smacking. I think it may have been the same for God. HE CANT BE AROUND SIN! Not only does it drive Him batty- He CAN NOT be around it, there is no possible way for it to happen. He traded his only perfect Son-who doesn't smack-to earth surrounded by smackers. He endured it for 33 years, then allowed Himself to be killed by these smackers, for the smackers who love him. . .

Even if only Paul or John the Baptist went to heaven, Jesus still would have come to earth. That is why God wins every time, because people are redeemed by Christ, there is no possible way to lose. Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!" Not only on the terms of physical like jumping out of a window unharmed, but we can overcome death, we can love the people that those without Jesus cant, we can forgive the sins against us that those without Him, will never be able to. And that is why The War Is ALREADY WON!. THERE is a second war though, at the end of it all. And we will win that one too!!! I don't like fighting a losing battle, and with God, I NEVER HAVE TO EVER.

We are not first in our own lives anymore. Now that we have accepted Christ, He is first in our lives. By pleasing others we please Jesus, therefore we are the second in our own lives.

Life does not revolve around me anymore, it used to but it has to be different! Because the King of the universe put Himself second and died for our sins all He asks is that we do the same and we put ourselves second. God doesnt ask us to do anything He hasnt already done, or will do. He asked Abraham to sacrifice Isaac, and later He sacrificed Jesus, His own son, so Isaac wouldnt have to die. Somtimes I wonder if that was when God finally decided about the cross. If He knew that He was going to send Jesus to die, but that He wasnt so sure on how, and then He realized that the cross was the way then. IDK, just a thought. But still, He asked the rich man who wanted to get into heaven to give up all He had. Not long after Jesus gave up all that HE had-HIS LIFE. Sometimes people dont realize that all you have to give is your life. I realized this while listening to a Prince song, I Would Die For You. Not only would Jesus die for us he DID. Its all he had and he gave it...willingly. BECAUSE HE LOVES US. its only true love that would die for someone. And Jesus is the definition of true love. ..
